Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt at your own cost in an unused condition and in the original packaging for a refund (excluding original postage & packing charges) once goods are received back. 

Make sure that your baby is a comfortable temperature – not too hot or too cold.  A room temperature of 16-20°C – with light bedding is comfortable and safe for sleeping babies.  Use a room thermometer in the room where your baby sleeps.  

Check your baby regularly to see if they are too hot. Feel your baby’s chest or the back of their neck (your baby’s hands and feet will usually be cooler, which is normal). If your baby’s skin is hot or sweaty, remove one or more layers of bedclothes or bedding.

Keep your baby's head uncovered.  Their blanket should be tucked in no higher than their shoulders.  To prevent your baby wriggling down under the covers, place them in the "feet to foot" position. This means their feet are at the end of the crib, cot or moses basket. Tuck the covers in securely under your baby's arms so they cannot slip over their head.
