Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt at your own cost in an unused condition and in the original packaging for a refund (excluding original postage & packing charges) once goods are received back. 

Keep your bracelet in bright, shiny condition by adhering to the following:

- Don't wash up or do laundry with your bracelet on

- Don't wear in a pool or at the spa

- Don't put on lotion or perfume with your jewellery on and keep it away from hairspray, make-up and cleaning chemicals

- Last on & first off! Put your bracelet on after you put on your clothes and take it off before you get undressed
